High efficiency aluminium direct replacement radiator for Discovery 2 V8
Includes CNC machined threaded boss for Secondary Air Injection sensor
Designed to allow easy installation
Over 40% better cooling than standard using our special controlled atmosphere brazed cores and optimum 14 fins per inch (FPI) for maximum cooling.
Fabricated and fully TIG welded by hand at our Gloucestershire workshops with high grade aluminium to resist corrosion. Fittings are laser cut for accuracy and built on a jig to ensure fit.
All pipe connections are swaged for pipe security and all our radiators are tested up to 30psi prior to dispatch (roughly twice the car pressure system).
Lighter than standard item, but designed to withstand the rigours of harsh environments likely to be encountered by Land Rovers.
AlliSport products are regularly developed and used in events such as the Dakar rally and World Rallycross.
This item is also available with fan and thermostatic switch. For maximum cooling, we recommend using the original viscous fan.
Aluminium radiators are primarily designed to aid cooling as they are far more efficient than copper and brass, rather than longevity.
